    Returns

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return:

    The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

    Must have original tags and packaging

    Proof of purchase is required

     with your order details.
    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions and address via email.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    Please inspect your order upon delivery.
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.ownthelook@gmail.com
     with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    Customized or made-to-order products

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.
    If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

    Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
    Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    Refunds

    After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

    Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

    Refunds are credited to the original payment method

    Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

    Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
